Deed of Trust

I had a signing tonight for a property in Texas and the wording on the Deed of Trust stated:
NOTICE OF CONFIDENTIALITY RIGHTS: IF YOU ARE A NATURAL PERSON, YOU MAY REMOVE OR STRIKE ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FROM ANY INSTRUMENT THAT TRANSFERS AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY BEFORE IT IS FILED FOR RECORD IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS: YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER.

My question is what is a natural person?

Google is your friend. Natural person gets 383,000 results

and definition on first results page about 10 times. Try it sometime.
