Final Link...heads up to those still owed money

Anyone who has worked for them and is owed money...better start checking. I have no dog in this fight but I read elsewhere their website is down and the owner has opened another service, homesignings.com.

Also, if this turns out to be true, a heads up to anyone getting a call from homesignings.com

After much chasing I finally got my money from them. I simply went online and filed in small claims court and once they got served my check arrived via FedEx. Although the first check did not include late charges and interest, I simply emailed them and thanked them for payment but informed them that I would not be cashing the check but taking it to court to recover the balance owed. A couple of days later I got a check for the correct amount which I promptly took down to their bank and cashed to make sure that it would clear.

I asked for a physical address and was told it was against company policy.
I am very suspicious when they won't tell me where they are and want to use only a PO Box.
If they are committing fraud, they can also be charged a federal offense for using the PO Box.
I'll see if I get paid for the one I did before I do anymore.

Thank you so much for the 'heads up' on the new company name. I feel so fortunate to have finally gotten paid by them. It took me calling the lender to finally get paid and I really don't know if that's what helped or not, I got my check & they are on my "Don't work for" list. After too many close calls I won't work for anyone after just one close call or no pay. No second chances!
