Got to love it
Called and confirmed with borrowers for a closing went over the normal confirmation stuff and concluded with see you at such time. Borrower sates "Can I ask you a question? Of course , Do you know what you are doing? we dont want to waste our time if you dont."
Guess this is a resign or they had a bad experience before.
Got to love it , good thing I am going fishing tomorrow.
