I got a call from an attorney today

He apologized for not having already sent payment for a closing I performed for him and assured me he was mailing it out today.

The closing was last Thursday, 08/02.

I laughed and told him I appreciated the call, but I wasn't worried about that invoice just yet. I do have one unpaid invoice from January that is seriously past due, but it is not for a closing.

I wish all my clients were as consciencous about payment as this attorney.

Every so often, you come across one that does exactly what they're supposed to do. Those are the relationships you want to cultivate.

Lovely . . . I did a closing for Premium Title Group (KY branch) last month and received pymt a week later! That is what I call PROFESSIONAL and a relationship definitely worth cultivating (:
