I saw that name for the first time yesterday & am curious
abut it too. The signing was the The Closer, LLC, Suntrust loan, Boston National Title. This is the first where I've shipped anywhere other than to Boston National. I'm guessing it's about more outsourcing. There seems to be a lot of that coming out of Charlotte, NC these days. Anyone have an inside track on that?

I believe you are correct. Had the occasion to be at the clerks' office and some quiken loans had record and return info of Title Source crossed out and this co. put in. Don't really know what to make of it but it's sad.

I wonder what the GLBA Act ramifications are for the
security of docs being handled outside the US? This one concerns me, since the docs contain all the borrower's personal info.

Re: I wonder what the GLBA Act ramifications are for the
I should have been clearer. The name on the record and return for the Quicken loan was Indecomm Global Services with an address in St. Paul, MN, but if you look at there web site............... I don't get it.
