i sent them my info. got a call, want to pay $85 w/i 15 miles for 120 page loan with 20-30 page faxbacks. will pay more outside 15 miles. said will be calling all in database to reduce fees.

It all depends when you did the contract and sign up. Yes you need to fax back, Bill at EOM then checks cut on the 15th. They are even offering lower fee's in some areas. I get maybe 1-2 a month from them.

When I signed up it was 100.00 and that is why I only get 1-2 a month.

yes, she did say that if the fee was higher you would not get the call. i will not complete the sign up pac. from what i can tell they are a title/settlement co. not a sign ser. so that is cheap for the work. off topic, a hud at a recent closing listed a poc of $400 - Notary Fee.

Yes I have said this a couple of times on here. They used to be one of my biggest clients but only call me if they cant find a notary to do the job for $75. They prefer to pay $75 but will do $85.
