My Buy.com (tiger direct) paper delivery came yesterday
I have all mail/shipments delivered to my UPS store address and had instructed the employees there to refuse the shipment. They told me two boxes were delivered and they were not in good shape.
I am disputing the PayPal transaction.
There is no way I am paying $139.09 for 10 reams of paper when I had ordered 10 cases at that price.
Anyone else receive their paper?

Ouch--that hurts. That's why I use a cc to place orders.
Too bad you didn't realize that many of us cancelled our orders when we realized the mistake in quantity.

If I remember correctly, Teresa did contact them
I used my debit card - I have an e-mail assuring me of a full refund within 5-7 business days.

I was told that they are refunding my money, plus I get to keep the paper that I got yesterday. I received two reams. Yes, the box was in terrible shape, but the paper was intact.

I received an email cancelling my order, nothing was charged to my account.

My order was finally cancelled just after midnight, yesterday (8/24). About 10 am they restored all of my points that I had used in payment for my "case."
What should be fun is responding to their request: "Your satisfaction in our Marketplace is extremely important. Help us make our Marketplace a better place to shop by leaving a feedback rating for TigerDirect."

The paper shipped before the ream vs case problem was
discovered. I called in and was told to refuse the shipment.

Right! I tried to unsubcribe after 1st email, but still
...getting emails from buy.com every day. It might have said that it would take 5 days for it to become effective, so we'll see. (Seems like it was 2 weeks ago already. )

Create a separate "junk email" account......an account that:
Is freely given out and you could care less who has it (that's its purpose)
Has absolutely NO contacts saved in it
Is solely used for registering/signing up for newsletters, contests, whatever (who cares) etc.
Delete all the emails every 10 days (or sooner if you want)
Create the account without using any part of your name: i.e. PumpkinSeed1234, SugarCookie9876, BobbyPin6363, TeaPot5555, PotatoChip0101, etc., etc.

FFile a dispute with PayPal for a refund
Just file a dispute with Paypal, you will receive a full refund from Bestbuy.com. I placed a order rom 6 cases, received 5 reams.
This is the response I received:

Buy.com received the following response from TigerDirect , regarding your returns inquiry: Our apologies.Unfortunately, this item was incorrectly listed on Buy.com. It was supposed to listed as 1 Ream of 500 sheets instead of 5,000 sheets. Since your order has shipped it will be fully refunded due to this error. You will not need to return this order once it arrives. Please keep it. Should you need further assistance, please respond to this email. Thank you for contacting us today. Ai Customer Service Department Please feel free to contact Buy.com if you have any additional questions or concerns about this order, and we will be glad to help.
