Looks like this is a national title co with branches in most/all states. NOTHING in SC since '08? How can that be?

I have done a very few for them over several years time. No problems. They don't seem to be big players in the refi business and the ones I've done have been smallish seller or buyer pkgs.

Thank you for reply Lee. This was wisc. location. Once I got the docs (EOM syndrome) everything went smoothly, communication good. Once I get paid I'll update SC with new location as it looks like two other state's offices are already listed.
