POA, wills, leases, bill of sale, gardianship for adults and chrildren, medical POA, Last Will, child support agreement and medical and legal document retrieval. What do you think the state of texas would say about that?

Maybe the notary is also a paralegal or attorney?

Or a Louisiana Civil Law Notary. The rest of the states have common law notaries.

So only Louisiana venued Civil Law Notaries can advertise this way. All others must be more that a notary to advertise that way. I am a real estate agent and I cant advertise that way either.

You have NOT done your homework. In Texas you are NOT allowed to provide documents to those who you do a Notary for.

Tell me who it is and give me an example of their advertising, and I will personally report them to the State Bar for the unauthorized practice of law.

Hugh, suggestion, you might add to your post that you are an attorney license to pratice law by the Texas State Bar.

Sorry; I've never practiced in Texas.

My practice was in Atlanta, and even there I'm retired and on inactive status.

However, my license to raise hell remains active.

Go check WWW.CALDA.ORG (CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENT ASSISTANTS). It is CA but there are so much information for you to learn from, such as, doing business and avoiding UPL (unauthorized practice of law).
