Sometimes I don't understand the comments in signing central. Called for a signing this evening 30 miles each way (2 hours from now, rush, rush) cash purchase for $75. and I could barely understand him.

Don't go shooting yourself in the foot...

If the renegotiation meets your fee (taking into account travel, traffic, etc etc)...this is a good company to work for - may not be 5 stars but they're one of the better companies to work with.

I do the closings for them. I get paid as promised BUT I have yet to get one of those in and out 20 to 30 minute deals... for Cash closings. I am always good for atleast nearly an hour. Lucky me.

The other day I had to fax back 46 pages on a refi with a normal 3 day recission. I was told that faxbacks were included in normal fee quoted but they did give me an additional $10.

The problem is (as they tell me). They never know until they get the package. So when you take the job they cannot tell you. They called me for another one on Friday for next week. I asked if it had a gazillion faxbacks. They said they never know until they get the package. I turned it down only because #1 their fee is inclusive. Although as I said they gave me an extra $10 in the case I mentioned. But secondly my schedule does not always allow me to comply and cannot plan ahead. I am also a 12 mile round trip from the closest drop off. Again, the biggest thing is no "prior" warning. The extra fee negotiation each time is also an issue. I would always prefer NO faxbacks. BUT, I also want to work so I accommodate of course as long as it is reasonable.
