First, I ordered the paper, taking the item number from the first link above. Then I added the Card by copying and pasting the item number from the 2nd link. Then go to checkout and put in the code in the coupon block. Viola!

No, you can't use the visa card to pay for your order. You buy the visa card for $106.95 and get the paper free. You can then spend the visa gift card like cash or whatever. Since it's still worth $100, you essentially paid $6.95 for the paper.
