Good, except they will send you an email, searching for lowballers.
If they can't find a lowball Notary, they may meet your fees.

They do refi, annuity settlements and sale/purchase contracts. They will meet your fee and will email you opportunities and they pay on time!

My experience with them is that they wanted me to sign a document saying that I represent the loancompany and that I did a sales presentation and answered all the persons questions.
I refused to sign it -- my job was to get docs signed not do a sales presentation about figures etc. Just be sure and check your docs before you head out--just in case!!
