Refinance Myself.com out of Delray Beach

Has anyone else took a closing or an application signing from this company? They were not listed with Not Rot, but they are now. I was told to send an invoice and then I got a call from "Frank" says he writes the checks but wants to wait for the "title company" to pay the bills. The loan is still processing, told him notaries are not going to wait 60-90 days for their money. He said you will get paid, everyone is having to wait longer for their money. Told him I do not wait 60 days!!! Gave him until 8-15 to pay me. Just beware if you have worked for them or get a call. They have a website but have never heard of them.
