That doesn't always mean anything, lol. I recently ordered a printer that was 66 pounds, and the ups label and confirmation said it was 22 pounds. So you can really never tell by that.

IMO, I think it might be an overstocked item or an item that is no longer being produced by the manufacture. In other words, and end-of-life situation. Many resellers do blowout deals to get rid of the inventory for slow moving product. This may be one of them. I am sure they worked a deal out with the manufacture for back-end funds.

You did not read this correctly - the headline said 5000 sheets-case: Copy Paper 92 Brightness 20lb 8-1/2 x 14 White 5000 Sheets/Carton
but, I do agree that the entire ad if strange with lots of conflicting info. I would not buy this one at all.

I don't know what I was thinking. I ordered 4 boxes and I won't go thru that in 2 years, more importantly I really don't have the space to store paper.

If anyone in the Sacramento area would like the 2 boxes, I will gladly sell for what I paid rounded down for my convenience. Heck, I'll even deliver if you are flexible with my signing/delivery schedule. PM if interested.
