SS requesting a copy of my bond.......

I search for this topic and no answer was provided. This company sent me their vendor packet. Read over it and "they" want a copy of my bond. The county clerk took that from me when I did my oath. Why and the world would this SS want a copy of my bond? The other stuff I have. Can you help a brother out this issue?

That's pretty standard. You also should have a copy of your Bond.

The county clerk will mail it back to you after they record it.
