Second Tray on HP 2055 Is not recognized

....this just happened out of the blue. I can not use the menu button on the printer to select the second tray and define the paper size. Is there another setting I am missing? USually, I can toggle between the two trays using the menu button on the printer; however, this time it only gives me one option. THanks for any info

You might try unplugging the printer from the power source as well as the USB or network cable for a couple of minutes to see if it resets itself. If you go into "devices and printers" on the computer, make certain the correct trays are enabled and correct paper size selected. Hope this helps.
