Secrets of the trade regarding stamps
I just renewed my commission. My new stamp, stamps really dark and if I push a little too hard the impression bleeds a little together so parts of the stamp are not readable. If I don't push hard enough it doesn't leave an impression. Any ideas how to get the stamp to print better? I already miss my last perfect stamp.
PS I have blotted it several times on paper, but it still is printing too dark.

Some stamps can be adjusted for darkness of impression by twisting the handle.

You may want to talk to the vendor who you bought it from. They may have some ideas - or perhaps it's defective.

on the right place. Try 1-800-perverts for better response.
I am not a prude, but I do think that because our audience is not just ourselves, but those who hire us, we need to be more aware of what is proper. This, in a business setting, is sexual harassment.

Clem, I like your sense of humor
But, some won't. You should watch what you "say" in public!
