Well, their rating is wrong, sadly. I was contacted on a Thurs morning for a closing 40 miles one way, granted only 90 pages to print, for the following Monday morning. So I quote a price, figuring 3 hours of my time. They give me the let me get that approved spiel. So I go on about my business. On Sat I get a voice mail offering me 10 less! Call us back, I am not interested so I don't call back, two more messages on Sunday, same offer. This morning the scheduler is trying to convince me this is a "great offer!" why won't I take $10 less? They are offering me more work! I have done ONE closing for them in 12 years, I doubt it's going to get me more work. Finally the guy hangs up on me when I explain that if I am at the grocery store and the bill comes to $150 they won't take $140, they will make me put back $10 worth of stuff. Gotta love it.
