Yes, Peggy. I'm seeing HARP2 refi's that were signing

in June, July, Aug. It's really good news for many, and the program has been extended through Dec., 2013, as I understand it.
It's allowing me to refi on my condo--woooohoooo! My equity vanished, of course. ;-)

Glad to hear it....

.....that you are not only getting the business from the HARP 2 program, but were able to refi your condo as well. I have always thought this program was fabulous since the beginning, although not everyone here at Notary Rotary agreed with me back in January when I posted about it.

Congratulations on your refi! I wonder who the notary will be that comes to your house to close your loan....LOL!
