I'm the biggest bargain shopping penny pincher there is. Sam's Club regular case price is roughly 28.00. And legal is not much more. Well worth the 35.00 for a membership. Also they carry med. sized binder clips for 4.86. That would be a bundle of 10 boxes with 12 clips in each. 120.00 clips for 4.86...
