This has been discussed thousands of times. Your fees are set by you as an independent contractor. Do not charge less that your total costs involved. Do not work at a loss; get paid for your time and expertise, as well as your direct and indirect costs. It also depends on your area, a NSA in San Francisco, may lose money on a fee that a NSA in Lincoln Nebraska, can profit from. I believe many NSA’s today charge from $100 to $125 for a std e-doc refi, but no less than $100 per. Remember you are a necessary part of the process, and title companies are charging the borrowers more than ever for their/our service. Don’t get suckered into $50-$70 fees, no one gives the borrower a refund; they just keep what they don’t pay you. JMO

Don't know what your costs or demographics are in your area, but accepting less than $100 probably means you're going to lose money. Many of us set a flat fee, and some have to adjust theirs for distance of travel, etc. Please say NO, NO, NO to the low-ballers who offer insulting fees.
