WOW today was CRAZY!!!

I had to turn down at least 8 signings. I was booked solid today. Even had companies calling me to do signings in MD. lol Im functioning on 3 hours of sleep and now that Im home. Finishing up these closing confirmations. Im going to bed!!!

It'a 9:35 pm in CA and I am now done. I turned down at least 10 signings. Today was crazy, nice but crazy!

I turned down 44 loans today! The phone was CRAZY

Just rolled in--it's 10:45 pm, and I took nine loan closings and one general notary job. Turned down forty-four loans. My phone rang like crazy all day.

Good to be busy, huh? My tongue would be hanging out and my eyes glazecd at 9 closings!

How can you answer 44 phone calls and still do 9 signings. Yikes!

I had a few gaps in my day, and lots of commute time, but ultimately, first appointment was 8am, and last one started at nearly 10 pm, so there was ample opportunity for lots of phone calls.

What I can't believe was that not a single one of those closings went sideways--no mispelled names, no huge questions for LOs, no wrong addresses.

One of the loans we fully signed in under 20 minutes.

It was a wild EOM. I also turned down a lot of calls.

Looks like the supply/demand ratio has finally shifted in our favor. :-)
