Why bother to schedule for 9am

I have another one tomorrow and the company sends late docs about 80% of the time. I emailed them today asking for docs tonight since it is a 9am. We shall see, let them know if they can't send docs tonight to find someone else since I am booked solid tomorrow.

That is the 3rd 9am deal this week and two already went south on me. WHY schedule if you can't get docs or the numbers to work?

Have 3 quicken deals next week doc's already to go.

I had a 9:00 AM today and the docs were sent last evening, on morning appointments I always insist on the docs being sent the day/evening before the day of signing

I got lucky

Thought my 9am was a refi, turns out only one piece of paper needs to be signed. Thank you very much.
