It seems to me that they are just reporting that the

law is now in effect.
They do not seem to be supporting the "wisdom" of the law.
On the contrary, they point out that the law is a clear variance to the "Model Law" which they do support.

They wrote the Model Notary Act back in 2002 so they would obviously support it

I've learned not to trust them. I'm thinking the

monster has two heads--one says one thing & the other says something else. It's one of their own that has set up here in VA (Timothy Reininger). hmmmmmmmmmm
