Additional Witness?

Well, I have a multiple mortgage signing appointment for one individual with properties located in different states. From my past experience, it seems to me that some states require a witness on the DOT/Mortgage in addition to a notary acknowledgement.

So do I need an additional witness in the following states? MS, NC, LA.

Advice, information and/or comments are most welcomed and appreciated.

I don't know the answer, but suggest it should not be the opinions of our members. I suggest contacting the TC or SS that hired you, and ask what is required of you. If you get it wrong, you're at fault, so why take a chance?
