I'm in the process of a refi with WF as we speak.
I couldn't be happier with the process. The LO & HARP agent have kept me updated at every phase. Of course, I was prepared for a long paper trail & knew what would be involved. IMO they have provided me with great customer service. It will be interesting to see how they are to deal with after I have a loan with them.
