Articles on Notary Rotary. Where are they?

Where are you finding articles that have been referred to in this forum? I check the Library, as you have stated, yet this is all I find there:

"Notary Rotary Info
 Notary Membership Levels

References
 2012 Rescission Calendar
 Coverage Analysis Tool
 Rescission Dates
 State Government"

None of these link me to articles.

I'd say use the orange search button using key

words associated with the info you're looking for - you'll probably come up with several threads about the subject and the link may have been provided in one of those threads.
