Just did one tonight. When I first started with them they were a little slow in paying. I called and they sent out a check immediately. No problems since then though. Most of them are construction loans which are about 50 pages. Quick and easy.

Carole, do a search also when researching companies. cfacts

has a couple threads from as early as May 12. Always do that too, not just SC before you ask.

I've worked for them for many years. You will always be paid but will have to call to receive money their accounting dept is slow. I put on my calendar to call 30 days out and the check is sent when I call. I don't get it but it's been that way for a long time.

Same experience - always with the auto reply via email, with check 2 days later. Annoying they do this. But, they do pay $150...and do pay. so far.

My experience has been slow-pay. I did one 4-13,

had to chase payment, and finally received check 7-6. I won't be taking any more from them.

I did 2 for them last year, one paid at just under 30 days. The next one paid at 60+- days.

This has pretty much been my experience with them, too. For the most part I have to send reminders and inquiries as to when I can expect payment. Rarely do they ever send it without my e-mailing them about it. And I wait a reeeeally long time before I even start e-mailing.

But this has been going on for years. Kinda like some marriages. You take the bad with the good.... if you want to stay married.

Judging by this thread, it looks like cfacts has been busted as far as their payment procedures go. Wonder why they just don't pay and avoid all these zillions of reminder calls/e-mails?

Have done 5 closings since August and have yet to be paid. They are very responsive to closing issues but not about past dues. Actually, they are new to me since August so I have never been paid.

Send your bills again - and again. They will pay.....
