Convenient Settlement Services, North Carolina

Received email today time stamped 3:10 pm from Josh at CSS offering $85 for edoc refi in my area for today at 5 pm. I emailed him my availability, my fee of $XXX and experience. Then, I went to SC and read their very poor ratings. What stuck out though, was that practically every positive posting was from North Carolina. Makes me go hmmmm ........

Yes. They sent me 2 refi offers here in NY, but decided to pass after reading sc. i cant be bothered with having to chase money earned.

That must have been signing in Roseville. I received the same email but didn't open it until today. Something tells me that is a good thing. Have not worked for them before so I was just checking on them
