Costs of Doing Business
I'm thrilled that business has been improving, of late. But rather than getting to rebuild my depleted savings....I've had to replace a computer that crashed on me two months ago, and now I'm needing to replace my workhorse Brother printer HL5370, which has gone on strike....won't print a single word! No warning, either! Drum and toner are new and not the problem. This printer was only purchased in Feb. of 2011! Think I'm gonna try another brand this time. Maybe some day, I'll make a little profit. lol

Did you reset your computer when you changed the drum? Seems obvious but I forgot and mine stopped because of it.

How do you reset the printer on this HL5370? I shut the printer down and restarted it, cause I didn't see a reset button. Is this what I've done wrong? Please help, as this could be my problem.

Re: Hold down go button until all four lights are on.
The door must be open when you do this. If your drum light is not on or blinking it could probably be something else.

Thanks for the help. I did the reset, but no change. Printer just not working. Tech from Staples is on his way.

Aah....not my printer at all! Problem was in my wireless network settings. Took the tech guy all of two minutes to find and fix!
