Did two Title Source deals yesterday

Last minute for them only day notice. When I got to the table the clients said it was scheduled a couple days prior and the notary did not show. Yikes that will get you knocked of there list quick.

Seems to be a good month with paper work this EOM with all companies.

I hope that happens to notaries in my area, I do work for title source, but not as much as I would like, I am in good standings with them, but I think more seasoned notaries may be higher on the list. In due time, I will receive more from them, I am pretty confident in that. I am starting to get quite of few, decent repeat clients.
