Direct Closers
Anyone sign up with Direct Closers? I did (it's free to sign up) and you can pay $9.95 for 20 additional zip codes. I got a few great signings direct from TCs who paid Fast and Well. Haven't gotten any calls for awhile but that may be due to the "slump" here in San Diego. Anyone else tried them out? Thanks, Jim

The cost for additional zip code is great. BUT, what adout us in rural areas that use counties. My country has about 10 total zip (4 are out of the Weatherford Post Office) most which only encoumpass a small part of Parker county. I travel several counties.

I wasn't getting any calls either several months ago so I emailed them. They responded by saying my fees might be too high and that there were many other notaries in my area asking for less. I lowered my fee from $125 to $100 and since then I have gotten two orders (one just two weeks ago).

I've completed two orders through Direct Closers - one was Certified Title and the other was La Playa. I noticed they just got Landsel Title in Ohio and Kass in Tampa signed up on Direct Closers - both pretty big firms.
