"Notary's name is not underscored". I received a quality issue and I am not sure what it means. I asked the SS to send me a copy of this, but I have not heard back yet.

Underscored means a line under your name....but I don't think that's what they really mean, so not a clue. I'd ask....and then point out how stupid they're being.
