Yes they do, but they only want to pay $85 with edocs. There have been payment issues reported as well. They are in signing central.

I signed up with them with a certain fee they called with a lower fee, I was on the road and in a rush and I accepted. I called back and said the fee was not my agreed upon one so they assigned it to someone else. They called the day of closing, not the initial scheduler, asking if I could make time in my day to do it, very rushed. I explained it was assigned to someone else due to fees. 2nd caller did not know that. $85 does seem to be the max and to be honest I could barely understand either caller. I won't accept any future ones.

Yes, they do. In past years, they met my fee of $XXX with no problem. Now, when they call and I quote my fee, they have to "get it approved" and call me back. Of course, they never call back with that approval.

Yes, I have done one for them. They met my fee but Im still waiting payment from May. They keep calling me but I turn them down and its some foreign guy who I can never understand.
