For NYC notaries -- I have a referral

Not sure what the rules are about certifying copies of docs in New York, but I have a potential lead for somebody. The area code is 347, which I believe is the Brooklyn/Queens area -- but don't quote me on that, I'm a west coast girl born and raised.

I'm happy to forward the message to the first NY notary who PMs me. The only condition is that if you cannot help this person, you find somebody who can or point them in the right direction.

Yeah, that's how it is, for the most part, for us in CA, too, with only a couple of specific exceptions.
