Help-Printing problems- Brother 5250
I have a signing at 6 pm. I have a dual tray printer. The bottom tray has legal and the top has letter. The printer is only printing the first 3 pages in letter size. I am using Windows XP and I have enough ram in computer and printer.

are the docs scanned properly to both sizes? Sorry, that is all I can think of right now.

The page that will not print may not be scaned in the right size. You may try to fix that page only.... checking the fit to printable size. Then the next page put everything back to choose paper size for the pdf. That works for me.

The green light(paper) still comes on. I have a full stack of paper in the both trays. I still trying to figure this out.

I had a page that had folded on the end and you could not see it and it kept saying out of paper. Then some of the sheets are sent on odd sizes. My minolt tells me I need d4 or something like that so I have to take it off of pdf as sent until I get the odd sized pages printed. When you go to print, check that page and you will see that it is sometimes a 10+ by 8, go to print current view and it will tell you the size. I get alot of this from LSI doc's.

I changed the trays, I put legal on top and letter on the bottom. I changed the usb cable and I changed the toner. It only prints three pages (letter size) and than it stops. I just get the green light out of paper. Annoying. Should I get a new printer?

If the first 3 pages print OK, try to print page 4 by itself. Then page 5 thru the end page. Try to determine if there is only one bad page or several bad pages.

that happened to me once when the docs were scanned in a odd size. I just hit the green go button and it scanned the next page. I kept hitting it until it passed all the odd size pages.

I think that it is the way that it is being sent to you. I have had that problem. Try printing some thing else before buying a new printer. Is it on a an email order package being sent to you?

The docs are from Title Source. A different package printed o.k on Thursday, also from Title Source. I know they are really busy right now. I am getting calls from them everyday, could it be the file they sent me?
