Hopefully no cancellations today!

All of my scheduled closings fell through yesterday. One borrower did not disclose to LO that he is in the process of a divorce until one hour prior to settlement! Needed QC, etc. Will be rescheduled. Another borrower never got all his paperwork into lender and this closing had been scheduled for one month on my calendar. Again, will be rescheduled. Last closing - couldn't get docs to me by cutoff for late night signing. So frustrating.

Hope today is better for you, Did two already today and I'm sure a last minute may come in for tonight. I may just pass and take it easy for the rest of the day.

So sorry you had a lousy day yesterday. Here's hoping to today more than makes up for it.
