It won't end, Linda. There are LO's who graduated at the top of their class, and then there are the sloths who expect everyone to pick up their loose ends.

Agree! Last nite printed 39 pages of broker docs soooooooooo frustrating. When I asked title about they said "because broker is too lazy to do it himself".
