SS Beware...Gotta Love It..lol

I just agreed to handle a closing for a SS that I normally do not work for because they tend to try to lowball. Well I just got my confirmation email and now I know why they readily agreed to my fee - they must have stamped "Don't Use Previous Notary" a million times on here..lol.

I've said it time and time again (just like everyone else on here has), you get what you pay for...lol...lol..gotta love
