Secured Lending Services is a sister company of NREIS/Lender Vend. They claim to NOT have the same cash flow & vendor payment problems as NREIS. Yes? / NO? Is everyone getting timely signing payments?

Hmmmm . . . Nothing much NEW from my earlier query about them. I was hoping to read about some actual experiences since Msg #421738, rather than just more speculation (A wolf in sheep clothing, etc.).

I did a cash purchase for them on 6/29 and have not been paid. I feel I should have been by now. Last week I was approached to do another and turned them down. NREIS owes me money and I'm not going to add to it. I told them why and they said they forwarded my email but so far it doesn't seem to matter.

I did one 2/25, got paid 4/7

Aside from slower than usual payment (my average days to collect across all clients is 21 days), I don't remember anything remarkable about the transaction, and I didn't know they were affiliated with NREIS or I wouldn't have touched it.

Today I received a check for payment that I remarked higher up in this conversation. The check is from Secured Lending but included is a computer printout of activity and it clearly states on the top National Real Estate Information Services Closing Agent Activity Report. Boy I am fuming mad now.
