Socal Signing

I just received a call from Socal Signing. They asked me to perform a signing for them with edocs for $75.00. No thanks. How do companies like that stay in business? Shame on you notaries that do work for them. Looks like some of you are very happy with with them giving them 4 and 5 stars on SC. Shame, Shame, Shame

I'm not trying to cause trouble. Just expressing my opinion and I know that lot of notaries out there agree with what I wrote. You, on the other hand, seem like are trying to cause trouble.

I agree, can't make crap for money on $75.00 signings, shame on anyone whom takes them, (unless they are overnight docs close to home).

Notary 1 is precisely correct. Don’t blame the low offers on the SS or Title company…they are in business to make money, not to be your conduit to easily finding work. The only reason companies offer low fees is because some of your fellow notaries take them. As for ratings here...they need to be interpolated as per poster. JMO

I agree with you 1Notary1. They are definitely lowballers - but there are those that Like that kind of money - they aren't concerned about making a profit - good for them. That will at least keep the decent SS's calling the rest of us.

Good for you, shame on lowball signing services. My car doesn't leave its parking spot for under 100 buckaroos, especially with rising toner, paper, and gas prices. Just bought new tires. Gotta pay for all these operational tools and supplies.
