Ticor Title Co - Tustin Ca. G/B/U

Escrow officer is Margo L. Coeur-Barron. Last listings in SC are 2009 and nothing new in daily postings. Les/Co had very good ratings 3 years ago. After providing my rate she offered a higher rate and to be paid upon funding. Anyone worked for them lately, and if so, feedback please.

Each office has its own procedures, but they should be good for the money.
