Title Source Elite Notary?


I received an email from Title Source asking if I would like to be one of their Elite Notaries? A skype interview would be required..no big deal..Has anyone done this? Any info would be appreciated!

They do rate you Gold, Silver and so on

Guess they now offer elite. If do not follow the directions as stated you are dinged, I was busy and did not confirm a appointment and it knocked me to silver (means you're secondary notary) Gold Status means they call you first for everything.

I called them when the volume of work dropped, they said because I did not confirm on there system within a hour I was at Silver Level. That is when the whole ranking and coding was explained to me. Still there and have done a ton a work since that point.

I went from ten a week to 3 now. MUST follow all directions no matter what you're doing.

I just found out my status is Silver. They said everything is good and it is very difficult to have a Gold Status. She said my fees are a little high..and that is why I have the drop. (high??) Everyone starts out with the Gold status.

I had a closing a couple of weeks ago where they sent me the docs. I got to the closing and they had changed the loan amount without sending me the new docs. I had to go back home and preprint docs, so it was not called in within the 90 minute time frame. I wanted to make sure that wasn't the issue with my rating.

Once knocked down seems hard to get gold back

I was knocked down two months ago and everything perfect since and still Silver.

Make it easy on yourself

Make it easy on yourself and don't worry about if you are silver, gold or dirt. Just do the signings and let them worry about your status.

Actually, the higher that you are up the more closings that they assigned to you. It does make a difference.
