Maybe, maybe not
All brothers don't take the same toner. Toner is really a colored plastic, in different sizes. You have to check what kind for your printer. http://www.tonerrefillkits.com/

Re: Absolutely not. Thank you lots.
I ordered toner for my HP. How ever when my brother stoped working I had filled some cartridges with toner. I dumped the toner into a masson jar before recycling. I would like to do something with that toner instead of sending it to the landfill. Any Idea'slike an craft or art project it can be used for?

Don't think that's a very good idea! It should probably be disposed of as hazardous waste, since breathing in the fumes can be harmful. Many communities provide locations for the disposal of various types of hazardous waste these days (like batteries, old electronic parts, etc.), so you could Google for what's available in your area. You might even try the stores where the actual cartridges were recycled.

Re: Thanks Janet
I will look for a hazard waste place. I will call my local garbage service they should know.

Toner isn't a safe substance, don't breathe it
