ugh...4 hours of sleep...but it was worth it...last minute

closing at 11:00pm got me a few big bucks in cash!

Had a closing in a very affluent Chicago suburb, and the borrower, who has refinanced before, was literally, reading every single document...my inner child was crying!

Was a good day overall...seems like the turn around in the market has FINALLY made is turn my way. Very busy Friday and next week...
