Try calling the title company. That's what I do. I am experiencing the same thing right now with unique signatures...... She even stopped taking my calls. Good luck

I just got a call from them for a job, I accepted it but after checking here I called them back and requested payment in advance through Paypal and they declined and so did I.

i take signing from them on a monthly basis, and they always pay on time, never had to fight for my money.
