FASS ...

Had an amusing call from FASS at 5:10 pm yesterday. They had a signing for 6:00 pm with travel time of 20 minutes.

Caller started by saying, "Hope you can help me out. The first notary on this just bailed on us ...." Well, sorry, but, not offering any flexibility and I just wasn't in a rushing mood. Had to politely decline. Guess they should have agreed to my fee to begin with ........

Good for you, Yoli. I've had lots of calls lately with, the notary didn't show up. I just find it amazing how irresponsible some of these people can be!
