Aside from a few additional docs, the only thing you must make sure of is that you have the FHA Addendum signed twice on page 2 and once on page 4. If this is a phone closing with LO, he'll go over all the docs and you'll pretty much do a point and sign. Nothing else complicated about it.

Most phone signings have the phone portion completed before you arrive, with your stack to notarize set aside. In the event you sit thru the signing, they are pretty quick and the agent on the phone will guide the b/o's through the process while on speaker phone. Always best to double check that b/o have had docs o/n. You may end up printing them--just confirm with your hiring party.
