Fee Guarantee by Skysail Group LLC

Does anyone have experience with Fee Guarantee (http://www.feeguarantee.com) by Skysail Group? Their website says they will pay notaries on Wednesday of every week no matter who the SS or TC is. They also say member notaries will be covered by a $1,000.000 E&O policy. The cost to the notary is 3% of the fee negotiated between notary and SS/TC.

Information shown on their website:

Turn your future payments into PAYCHECKS TODAY
Weekly Paycheck
Direct Deposit
No More Chasing Payments
FREE $1 Million E&O Coverage
No Application Fee
No Sign Up Fee

Unbelievable...thanks for posting, Sylvia. Some friends of mine were scammed into thinking the Archdiocese would save them from losing their home to their lender. The title was so clouded by these people in the SFBay area that finally title companies put a red alert on the file. Meaning, do not attempt to represent this property for short sale as the clouded title was being investigated. It did not stop the foreclosure process.

Yet people paid tens of thousands of dollars to avoid foreclosure, it bought them more time in their home, but ultimately, they had to walk away in the end. They could have saved their money, or better yet, paid these fees to the lender and worked out a negotiated modification.

Oops, should have posted above in response to Sylvia's post about scams against homeowners.

Advertising? Maybe?

Considering that the same poster posted basically the same question in Msg #463011 but never returned to the thread to comment on the replies received that day, then posts this question yesterday, makes me wonder if this poster is not trying to advertise for them. (?)

Re: Advertising? Maybe?

You have to think if you really want to sign all of your business to get paid to a 3rd party? What if you work, and work, and then they go out of business? Many SS will not hire you if you use a 3rd party.
