Fidelity National Title sued for delivery services

I just received a card in the mail stating that since I have used them I may be eligible for compensation awarded. I assume that would go to my loan customers and not me.

Unlawful charges for overnight, messenger, courier and other delivery services (such as FedEx and UPS fees), as well as “draw deed” fees was cited.

More compelling reasons to keep an itemized record of our expenses for each signing. This sort of stuff can trickle down-hill or we can personally be the target of a customer lawsuit.

Our SOS recommended that we keep itemized records for our personal protection.

Can you afford this if you're low-balling?
